Managing your subscription
PeptideU Premium is billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel it, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or go to Manage Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the current period ends.
Your account & data
You can edit your profile and add or remove your own research records anytime in the app. To delete your account and personal research data, open You → Settings → Delete account. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it's handled.
What PeptideU is
PeptideU is a peptide education and personal-research app. It teaches and records — it does not prescribe. Nothing in the app is medical advice or a recommendation to take any substance. Always speak with a qualified healthcare professional about your health.
Common questions
I'm stuck on sign-in. Make sure you're using the same method (email, Apple, or Google) you signed up with. Still stuck? Email us and we'll sort it out.
A premium feature won't unlock. Open You → Settings and tap Restore Purchases, then reopen the app. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your account email.
How do I get a refund? Purchases are handled by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
