These Terms govern your use of the PeptideU app ("PeptideU", "we", "us"), operated by Real Peptides. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. Effective July 16, 2026.

1. What PeptideU is — and is not

PeptideU is an education and personal-research-tracking app. It explains what peptides are, summarizes what published research says, and lets you keep a private record of your own self-directed research.

PeptideU is NOT a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to take, buy, or use any substance. It does not tell you what to take or how much. Content is for education only.

PeptideU does not sell peptides or any other compound, does not link to vendors, and takes no affiliate commission. Any brand information reflects public disclosures for research and education, not an endorsement or a recommendation to purchase.

2. You must be 18 or older

You must be at least 18 years old to use PeptideU. At sign-up you confirm your age and acknowledge that the app is for education and tracking only and does not recommend taking any substance. We record the version and time of that acknowledgment.

3. Not medical advice — your decisions are your own

Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional before making any decision about a substance, protocol, or your health. Do not disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of anything in PeptideU.

Any amount, schedule, or observation you record, and any figure reported by other members, is that person's own account — not guidance, not a protocol, and not a claim by us that it is safe or appropriate for anyone. You are solely responsible for your own choices.

4. Your account

Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@peptideu.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deletion removes your profile and personal research data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Community content and conduct

When you post a review, field note, or community message, it is checked by an automated moderation layer before it appears. We may remove content, and may suspend accounts, for spam, advertising, vendor solicitation, personal or contact information, hateful or sexual content, instructions telling other people what to take, or other violations.

You keep ownership of what you write, but grant PeptideU a non-exclusive license to display and store it within the app so it can be shown to other members. Do not post anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we do not process App Store payments directly.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no attempting to bypass access controls or entitlements, no automated scraping, no probing or attacking our systems, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, and no using the app to distribute malware or unlawful content.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that content is complete, accurate, or current, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptideU and Real Peptides are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date, and continued use means you accept them. Questions: support@peptideu.app.
